You don't have to be a history buff to enjoy looking at old historic photos of your hometown or a favorite NJ destination spot. But if you have someone to shop for who would appreciate learning about some NJ history through photos, I have the perfect gift!
Turner Publishing has three coffee table books that would be great for the holidays: Historic Photos of the Jersey Shore, Historic Photos of Hoboken, and the newly released Historic Photos of Newark ($39.95 each). The books are available at local NJ retailers, as well as online at Amazon.com, Borders, Barnes & Noble, etc.
