I love trying to recreate a celebrity look for much much less. Here is one from the Lauren Conrad Collection done for the general population with a dress from Alloy.com. *Alloy.com is geared more towards teenagers...be wary of sizing if you have hips!

Pair either outfit with a pair of heels (black, nude, yellow) and minimal jewelry. No need to layer. Want options? Go with bangles (shown in left image) or a fun cocktail ring!
